Autumn Lake District Fitness & Spa Re:treat - Grasmere


Enjoy a weekend of movement, mindfulness, luxury & delicious food in a hidden gem in the heart of the Lake District.

Spend your days fuelled with delicious and nutritious menus, moving in dreamy hills of the Lake District and finish by cosying up by the fire with a glass of wine. And, we’re even throwing in a spa day for you too!

Itinerary:


Friday 1st November:

4.00pm onwards - Check In
Check in to your room and enjoy the cosying up in the house & unwinding before the first class

6.00pm - Strength & Conditioning
Your first workout of the weekend with a chance to move before a delicious Dinner. Suitable for all abilities with a chance to challenge yourself or take it easy if you’re new to training!

7.30pm - Pre-dinner fizz & canapés
Join Sophie for a glass of fizz and a welcome to the weekend before Dinner. Accompanied by homemade canapes and nibbles by the fire.

8.00pm - Dinner
Settle into your first meal of the weekend with your other re:treaters. All dietaries will be catered for and wine will be served to enjoy with your meal.


Saturday 2nd November:

7.00am - Morning movement & mindfulness
Wake up to the stunning views the house has to offer. Followed by a Pilates & gentle stretching session with mindfulness & breath-work to ease you into the first day.

8.30am - Breakfast
Enjoy a fresh, hearty and nutritious 2-course breakfast before heading for the hills. Accompanied by fresh pots of coffee & baked mini croissants of course…

10.30am - Guided hike
Depart for the hills for a day of fresh air and exploring with Sophie* - Plus we’ll be providing you with freshly prepped packed-lunches of goodies to take with you for the day.
*All abilities will be catered for and routes will be planned accordingly.

4.00pm - Afternoon downtime
Whether it’s cosying up with a wine and a book in the snug, enjoying freshly baked goods post-hike or exploring the local village of Grasmere - the afternoon allows you to fully switch off and spend some time for yourself.

7.30pm - Dinner
A delicious 3-course Dinner will be served. All dietaries will be catered for and wine will be served to enjoy with your meal.


Sunday 3rd November:

7.00am - Strength & Conditioning
Enjoy a final morning of movement with our last class of the weekend before a delicious breakfast.

9.00am - Breakfast
Enjoy a freshly prepped and hearty brekkie post-workout. Plus enjoy strong coffee and baked goodies to take for the road too!

10.30am - Spa Thermal Journey at Low Wood Bay’s Luxury Spa
Soothe the muscles and switch-off in the newly expanded outdoor spa at Low Wood Bay, enjoying their three-hour thermal journey. With an outdoor infinity pool, hot tubs and more.

2pm - Farewell Sunday Lunch at Low Wood Bay
Included in your Re:treat package, we will be finishing the weekend with a 2-course Sunday Lunch after your relaxing morning in the Spa. A chance to re-fuel and still be back home in time for your cosy Sunday Evening in.

4pm - Departure



Pricing:

All inclusive price: £595pp

Rooms are allocated as Twin rooms, however we do have single rooms available too. These allocated on a first-booked basis.
